This is a closed door event on invitation only for guests and members of CEPS.
For security and logistical reasons, only registered participants will be admitted into the venue. Family members and co-workers are not registered participants. Please print out your confirmation or show it to us on your mobile device so we can confirm your identity. In the event that you will not be able to take part in Ideas Lab, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can allocate your participation to those on our waiting list.
Only accredited members of the press who have been formally invited and have registered can take part in Ideas Lab. A designated interview corner will be available in the public area with a backdrop for videos and photos. It will be held at The Egg. The Egg, Rue Bara 175, 1070 Brussels.
By car: There is no available parking onsite. We recommend that you take public transit or a taxi.
By public transit: Take Metro lines 2 or 6 to Gare du Midi/Zuidstation. The venue is a short walk away and will be signposted from Gare du Midi starting from the Pullman Hotel.
Due to the high number of participants present, we take your security very seriously. A professional security company will be onsite to monitor all entrances and exits as well as the general space. Police patrolling will be in effect on both days at random times. We ask your understanding should there be slight delays in entering the venue at busy times. Participants are also reminded to wear their badge at all times.
Only the plenary sessions will be broadcast live on this website. This information will be made available closer to the event date.
All lab sesions are under Chatham House Rules – you may tweet about the content but not attribute the person. All other sessions are not.
